Please note that N J Todd Funeral Directors has a ‘Complaint Handling Procedure’

If you have a complaint on the service we have provided you or your family we request you to detail the said complaint in letter form and address it to the following:

The letter can be mailed to or dropped at our business location during office hours (9am to 5 pm) Monday to Friday.

Upon receiving the written complaint, we will endeavour to contact the writer within 24 hours of receipt and advise the expected timeframe to investigate the said complaint and in turn report back the result of our investigations – all with the aim of providing a mutually satisfactory outcome for all parties concerned within a reasonable period.
